Lacey Lawson
As COO, Lacey manages and ensures excellence and efficiency of day-to-day operations and runs compliance for Phillips and Co. She drives and supports strategic initiations and mentors the Support and Operations teams.
Additionally, Lacey is an active member of the leadership team, working with the CEO with performance management and systems improvement, employee relations and cultivating, growing and educating the staff on firm vision and values.
For ten years before joining Phillips and Company, she was a lead associate for a top producing investment team at RBC and UBS where she managed client and team relations.
Spare time for Lacey is filled with family, friends, and church. She spends lots of time at the beach or river where she’ll be hiking, camping, or riding snow machines and quads.
Her puppy, Ripley, keeps her busy and more than anything, she loves her special happy hours with her 98-year-old grandpa.
Lacey holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 66 and 24.
