Matt is a Senior Investment Advisor and has been with Phillips & Company since 1996. He has amassed over 28 years of experience in the industry and has extensive knowledge in investment advisory services. Matt specializes in providing portfolio analysis, determining risk tolerances, and creating portfolio construction strategies. He caters to his client’s needs through unique managed money solutions, individual stock selection, and retirement planning needs.
In addition, Matt is a corporate officer and sits on the Leadership Board Committee at Phillips & Company. He is involved in all aspects of building the firm’s investment advisory services through developing practices that coincide with the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
In his spare time, Matt enjoys downhill skiing, fly fishing, golfing, and playing soccer. He has been active in the community and has supported organizations like the Oregon Cancer Ski Out, Children’s Cancer Association, Deneke’s Hope Foundation’s, and The Lake Oswego Schools Foundation.
Matt graduated from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Ore. with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. During his studies, he also attended Høgskolen i Agder, a university in Kristiansand, Norway.
