Stacy is a Senior Investment Advisor with Phillips & Company. Mr. Noll joined the firm in 2003 and is a member of the Institutional Team. He serves both private wealth management clients and 401(k) participants.
Outside the firm, Stacy is an accomplished musician, songwriter, recording engineer, and performing artist.
Stacy holds FINRA™ licenses (Series 7, 63 and 65) registered for Phillips & Company.
