Kristen is the 401(k) Participant Engagement Associate and Financial Advisor for Phillips & Company.  She joined the team in the summer of 2023 and brings with her over 20 years of experience working with retirement plans and plan participants.  Her passion is helping participants create a path towards their financial independence.

Kristen graduated from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance.

Kristen holds FINRA™ licenses (Series 6, 63 and 65) as well as her CPFA designation registered for Phillips & Company.
