Mari O’Neil is the Director of Operations at Phillips & Company, where she helps drive the firm’s commitment to delivering a seamless, high-quality client experience. She works closely with firm leadership to ensure the organization operates efficiently, scales effectively, and continues to evolve in support of client needs.
With a strong foundation in process design and data analysis, Mari brings a thoughtful, systems-oriented approach to improving how the firm serves its clients. She plays a key role in aligning people, processes, and technology to support long-term growth and consistency across the organization.
Mari joined Phillips & Company as a Business Solutions Architect, where she focused on enhancing workflows and leveraging data to inform business decisions. Her work has helped strengthen the firm’s operational foundation and support its continued development.
Prior to Phillips, Mari built a diverse career in the Seattle area spanning operations, analytics, and education. Her experience includes supporting executive leadership at Amazon.com, coaching competitive math programs, and designing systems to improve scheduling and decision-making in academic environments.
Outside of work, Mari enjoys sewing costumes, playing tabletop board and card games, watching Broadway musicals, and performing as a flutist with the PCC Sylvania Symphonic Band. She and her family are also actively involved in outreach efforts supporting the local homeless community.
Mari holds industry certifications including CompTIA Project+, CompTIA Data+, and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner credential.
