Mari O'Neil

Business Solutions Architect

Mari is Phillips & Company’s Business Solutions Architect. Her job is to analyze processes and drive efficiencies to assist the company in its ongoing efforts towards continuous improvement. At Phillips she splits her time between evaluating and improving the workflows to enhance the customer experience and deep diving into the data that drives business insights for future planning.

Before joining Phillips, Mari used her love for data and analysis at various roles in the Seattle area. She has managed C-suite schedules and travel at Amazon.com, coached competition math clubs in the Issaquah School District, created and optimized high school course and testing schedules, and built and maintained countless databases and spreadsheets to track trends and inform decision making at all levels.

Outside of work, Mari enjoys sewing costumes, playing tabletop board and card games, watching Broadway musicals, and playing flute in the PCC Sylvania Symphonic Band. As newcomers to the city, she and her family are keeping themselves busy by exploring all that Portland has to offer.

Mari holds the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Project+, and CompTIA Data+ certifications as well as the AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
