Melissa Neumann joins Phillips and Company as the Director of Operations and Client Service Manager and will oversee company operations and client services, working side by side with the executive leaders of the firm.

Melissa comes to us with 20 years of industry service and a deep understanding of financial firm operations and client experience. She began her career in an entry level position and most recently served as Director of Operations for a Portland-based wealth management and financial services firm for 14 years. There she gained a deep understanding of the Schwab platform and served an integral role in the growth of the firm by creating operational efficiencies, enhancing the client experience, and overseeing the organization's strategic growth activities. 

In her spare time, she enjoys community volunteering, coaching at her brother’s local gym as head coach of their youth Olympic weightlifting team, and spending time with her family. Her husband, Jason, is a firefighter in rural Oregon and you will often find them and their 3 adult children spending holidays, birthdays, and dinners together at the firehouse.
