Melissa Neumann has joined Phillips and Company as the Director of Operations and Client Service Manager, where she will lead company operations and client services while collaborating closely with the firm’s executive leadership team.

Melissa brings with her two decades of experience in the financial services industry, with an impressive career that began in an entry-level role and progressed to her previous position as Director of Operations at a Portland-based wealth management firm. Over her 14-year tenure there, she became well-versed in the Schwab platform, contributed significantly to the firm’s growth by streamlining operations, enhancing client experiences, and driving strategic initiatives.

 

Outside of her professional accomplishments, Melissa is passionate about community involvement. She volunteers regularly, serves as head coach for her brother’s youth Olympic weightlifting team, and cherishes time with her family. Her husband, Jason, works as a firefighter in rural Oregon, and together with their three adult children, they enjoy celebrating family milestones and gatherings, often at the firehouse.
